Do you offer free shipping?

  • Yes — we offer free shipping on orders over $70. Standard shipping rates apply to all other orders.

 

How long does shipping take?

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within Australia.
  • Express shipping takes 1–3 business days. Both options are available at checkout.

 

Do you ship to New Zealand ? 

  • Yes. We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.
  • Orders to other countries can be arranged by request — please contact us before ordering.

 

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.

Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit?

  • Yes. If the item is unused and in original condition, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

 

 What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll happily replace it or offer a refund.
  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can sort it quickly.

 

Are sale or clearance items eligible for returns?

  • Sale and clearance items are final and not eligible for change of mind returns.
  • If a sale item arrives faulty, we’ll of course take care of it.

 

 How do I start a return?

  • To start a return, please contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with the next steps.

 

Do you offer refunds or store credit?

  • Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.
  • In some cases, store credit may be offered if preferred.

 

How long do refunds take to process?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the funds.

Do you sell kids football shin pads?

  • Yes — our shin pads and sleeves are designed for juniors through to adults, with sizing to suit different age groups and leg sizes.

 

How do I choose the right size?

  • We recommend checking the size guide on each product page. If you’re between sizes, sizing up usually offers a more comfortable fit.

 

What’s the difference between mini shin pads and full-size shin pads?

  • Mini shin pads (10CM LENGTH) offer a lightweight, low-profile feel, while full-size shin pads (14CM+ LENGTH) provide more coverage for players who prefer extra protection.

 

Are mini shin pads legal to wear in matches?

  • Yes — mini shin pads are legal under the Laws of the Game as long as they provide reasonable protection and are covered by socks.

Do grip socks really make a difference?

  • Grip socks help reduce foot movement inside boots, which can improve comfort and stability during play.

 

How should grip socks fit?

  • Grip socks should fit snug without cutting off circulation. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

 

How do I wash grip socks?

  • Wash inside out on a cold cycle and air dry. Avoid tumble dryers to help maintain grip performance.
